The Sound of Impact - Kadooge's new EP
On their latest EP, "The Sound of Impact", Kadooge delivers powerful riffs infused with modern electronic elements. The single "Don't Look Too Long" is an existential exploration while "Never Leave" is an energetic and inspiring love song. All tracks blend deep expression with powerful energy.
Kadooge was interviewed on popular JBTV and radio stations such as North Central College's WONC 89.1 and Northeastern Illinois University's WZRD 88.3 FM station. They have played in numerous shows including the seventh annual festival of homegrown arts and music.
But who are the Kadooge?
Simply put, this band delivers musically, spiritually and energetically. Aerie Dover, Tony Montana, Pat Goode and Quentin Dover combined with an understanding of what they wanted, powerful and fulfilling music that wasn't safe or predictable. His introspection combined with a commentary on the company. Putting fans in awe during shows is what they do best. Come and see for yourself!
“This is definitely the sound of established musicians; all the elements as layers and the band has a keen sense of dynamics and overall play. "
- Erik Oldman, Chicago Rock Magazine (October 16, 2012)
“Kadooge, a quartet from Aurora, Illinois, begins each of the three tracks of their self-titled debut EP with a basic hard rock arrangement before moving on to more active and elaborate instrumental passages. Singer / guitarist Pat Goode delivers his lyrics loaded with a strong voice while guitarist Quentin Dover often sets out on new adventures. Bassist Aerie Dover and drummer Tony Montana also help listeners navigate the changing times of the engaging "No Surprise" and "Broken Up In Pieces". "
- Terrence Flamm, Illinois entertainer (May 1, 2013)
